1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ProjectStory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

ProjectStory provides a platform for creating bespoke client portals from Monday.com boards (read-only presentation layer) and conducting private agency vendor invoice audits (InvoiceGuard). InvoiceGuard audits are internal decision-support tools; all financial findings, suggested actions, and rate comparisons require human reviewer confirmation prior to commercial settlement.

3. User Responsibilities & Data Ownership

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in all project board data and uploaded financial documents.

4. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with reasonable notice to active agency subscribers.
